Terms and Conditions
It is a requirement when attending the Retreat in Ubud Bali to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers; possibility of personal injury, illness, death, property damage or loss resulting from participation in the Soul Immersion retreat in Ubud 2026.
Miranda Watkins Psychology and Miranda Watkins are not liable for any such loss or damage.
Reservation will not be confirmed until we receive this booking form, along with a non-refundable deposit of $100.
If Booking has been made, but no deposit has been made by 1st September 2025, your place will become available to our waiting list of potential participants.
Cancellation Policy:
2 months prior – full refund minus $100 administration fee
1 month prior – 50 % refund of full retreat fee
1- 14 days prior – 25% refund of full retreat fee
