People often say what a wonderful life you have. It’s true. My posts are ones of wonder, fun, and joy. These are what I choose to share and what I see through my eyes in these moments.

They don’t reflect often hidden stories behind of the trauma, grief or heartache that comes to build a wonderful life. I don’t wish to share negativity where possible as the world has enough bad news and suffering for all to witness as it is. Both sides of life are reality. If we can appreciate and stay true and close to what matters to our heart, then that is important. I strive to inspire, encourage and applaud positive and life giving change. To champion being kind and persevere with compassion, even in the darkest hours.

Change is inevitable, everything is impermanent. I’m embarking in a new era of life shortly and welcome you all on the journey. Change and growth is difficult and a journey that needed be done alone.
